Bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your Houndz purchase. Make sure you choose carefully before hitting the order confirmation button. We are not able to exchange goods directly. Shipping Costs:

Australia Wide - $8 standard shipping $15 for express

New Zealand - $14 for Standard - $24.50 for Express

International - $24 for Standard - $39 for Express

How Long Will Delivery Take:

Australian Express deliveries usually takes 1-3 business days. Orders are delivered by Australia Post. Normal deliveries are usually 3-5 days depending on the location. You'll receive a tracking number shortly after your items are packed. 

International deliveries can range from 3-5 business days for Express and 3-12 business days for Regular.

We ship all items from Sydney, Australia.

How long does it take to ship my item:

What is your return policy:

We want you to love your Houndz items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Houndz items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, with original packaging. 

What is the returns process:

Return parcels must be sent to us. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. Items lost in the post that do not have tracking are the customer's responsibility.
