How Long Will Delivery Take:

As our items are shipped from all over the World they may take from 7-21 days for delivery. Most smaller items such as caps and shirt will usually be delivered within Australia in 6-8 days.

What is your return policy:

We want you to love your Houndz items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Houndz items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, with original packaging. 

What is the returns process:

Return parcels must be sent to us. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. Items lost in the post that do not have tracking are the customer's responsibility.
