How to Measure:
- Lay an existing onesie flat.
- Body Width: Measure 3cm below armpit, from one side to the other.
- Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of onesie.

For products that are damaged due to manufacturing errors we will happily exchange.
Bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your Houndz purchase. Make sure you choose carefully before hitting the order confirmation button. If you open your goods and find they are not quite right for you, please get in contact at email@example.com and state your order number. We will then look at your order and email you return delivery details and instructions on how to send it back to us.
Time Frame: You have 30 days from receiving your order to posting your item back. (It must be postmarked within the 30 day period otherwise return will be void). We are a small independent business therefore receiving goods back in perfect condition and in a timely fashion is crucial for us. If a shipment is received after the 30 days a store credit will be issued.
Product Condition: Please make sure your returned goods are brand new, unused and in the original condition. Must also include all original packaging and tags.
Exchange: We are not able to exchange goods directly. If you decide you would like another product due to wrong decisions we will be able to issue you with a store credit to process another order. All shipping for exchanged goods due to wrong decision is the buyers responsibility.
Refund: Once we have received your return we will look over your order and do a thorough quality check before issuing a refund or store credit depending on the situation. Keep in mind refunds may take up to 10 working days to process, depending on your payment method. Please also note that shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
